Golf Courses

Situated on 180 acre grounds alongside Navan Racecourse, the par 72 Navan Golf Course is designed in two loops of 9. The front 9 are holes set within the racetrack which gives the effect of heathland with mounds and low level trees. The back nine, along side, are set in typical parkland surrounding with mature trees.

The course measures about 6800 yards from the tees. Designed by Robert J. Browne, the greens are always maintained in an excellent condition and renowned throughout the country for this reason. There are plenty of trees and water hazards here to keep the course challenging and fun.

The modern two storey club house was built in 1998 and consists of suites boasting panoramic views of the golf and racecourse and views of the surrounding countryside. The restaurant and bar facilities are open daily. Non-members welcome. Full locker room and shower facilities are available within the club house for ladies and gents.

Other facilities include a 12 bay floodlit covered driving range, a practice area, and a Pro-shop operated by Carr Golf Services.

Navan is 48km north-west of Dublin on the N3. The golf course itself is on the R162 road.
