Remembering your password at different sites is often difficult. Therefore to get your password for this site emailed to you simply go to the Login page, then click the Forgot Password link and enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with your password. You can then login and change your password to something more memorable!
At the bottom of every email from teetimes.ie there is an unsubscribe link or you can enter you email address on the unsubscribe page. To start receiving the emails again you can login here and select to receive our Member Offer emails.

With teetimes.ie you will be able to book tee times at any course that has been signed up to the service. We are constantly adding new courses to the site. However, not all golf courses are likely to sign up to the service. (If you feel your club should be availing of this service why not get the Secretary manager to call us on 0404 65450).

This will vary for each club listed on the site. Generally we try to have tee times for 3 months in advance. If you can not find the tee time you are looking for please Request a Tee Time and we will check with the club to see if the time is available.
When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five minutes. This allows you time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, that time will be removed from hold and appear on the website later for anyone to book.
The tee time inventory shown on the website is based on supply and demand. When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available, but tee times may sell through a number of different channels. To see if a tee time is still available, just start the booking process. Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time.
No. We do not charge the golfer anything for booking tee times through our site. If you book a tee time through the site we do not take a deposit as the full amount is paid at the club. When booking a Member Offer time through our weekly email you will be required to pay the full amount in advance and pay nothing at the club. The payment will be fully refunded if you cancel 24 hours in advance of the tee time. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
All tee times must be booked online - not over the phone. To continually bring you the best deals, we have automated the process and accept only online bookings. However if you encounter problems with booking your tee time please call us on 0404 65450 for booking assistance.
We upgraded our booking system in July 2009 to make finding and booking tee times as quick and easy as possible. For more information please view our guide on how to book a tee time.
You will only need to provide your name, email address, phone number and credit card details to book a tee time. All information apart from your credit card details are saved in your profile and can be edited at any time by you.
If you choose a tee time that you are interested in, you will be able to see the Club Rules and Cancellation Policy before confirming your booking. This information is also included in the booking confirmation email sent to you after the reservation is made.
No deposit is charged when booking through the teetimes.ie web site. If you book a Member Offer time listed in our weekly emails then the full amount is paid online at the time of booking. This information is displayed on the site before you make a booking and in the confirmation mail sent to you and the golf club.
teetimes.ie is managed by a company called Online TeeTimes Ltd. When you book your Golf through teetimes.ie and are charged a deposit the name 'Online TeeTimes' will appear on your credit card statement.
We only accept Visa, MasterCard and Laser. Please check that your credit card information has been entered correctly. Double-check your card number and expiration date. If that does not work please call us on 0404 65450 or Contact Us and be sure to include the error message you are receiving.
After completing your tee time booking, you will be shown a 'Booking Confirmation' page containing the details for your reservation. If you see that page, you have successfully booked the tee time. You should also receive a confirmation email with the booking details. If you encounter any problems please call us on 0404 65450 or Contact Us.
To add additional players to your booking simply make a new booking for the additional players. If you encounter problems booking more players please call us on 0404 65450 or Contact Us.
To reduce the number of players in your booking please login here and click the My Reservations link to view your bookings. Click the View link beside the relevant booking and then click the Change/Cancel link and complete the form in full. Reducing the number of players is subject to the Cancellation Policy at the club.

However, as bad weather is inevitable during the course of the year golf clubs may either close the golf course or operate temporary tees and greens at their sole discretion.
Golf played on temporary greens and tees is non-refundable and is considered to be an accepted part of playing winter golf. Equally trolley and buggy bans occur frequently when a course is wet and are determined by those in charge of the golf course.
In the event of marginal weather, unless the golf course is deemed closed, all scheduled play will occur.
It is the golfers responsibility to contact the golf club and confirm if the course is open for play. We encourage you to call ahead if the weather is in question to you.
The phone number for the relevant golf club is included in the booking confirmation email.
If you are unable to play due to the course being closed please Contact Us with details and we will arrange for a full refund of any deposit you paid. Please include the course name and date when requesting a refund.
