The 200 acre Faithlegg estate is situated just 7km (4 miles) from Waterford City in the heart of the sunny South East of Ireland. Designed by renowned Irish golf course architect Mr. Paddy Merrigan, the course carries Merrigan's familiar stamp of difficulty, undulating greens, water hazards and perfectly placed sand traps, all of which, complete and heighten the challenge which is "Faithlegg".

The course situated on the banks of the River Suir, has been perfectly designed into a wonderful landscape. Its design uses the combination of mature trees, flowing terrain and the beautiful picturesque setting to fine effect. With a championship yardage of 6674 yards, it ensures that all level of golfer will be tested but at the same time enjoy the challenge of negotiating a good score at Faithlegg Golf Club.

The course layout is exemplified by its memorable finishing holes; 16, 17 & 18 with Faithlegg House Hotel Waterford as a back drop to playing the 18th thus making it a truly fitting end to a fantastic golfing experience.

The Golf Shop, open daily at Faithlegg Golf Club, provides golfers and guests with an impressive selection of the best known brands in the game.

• From Waterford - follow the signs for Dunmore East heading South for 4 KM
• Bear left at the discount fuels garage in the center of the road for Passage East & Cheekpoint.
• At the sign post for Cheekpoint, take the right fork that takes you downhill underneath the bridge at Jack Meades Pub (on the left)
• Continue on this road for 1.3KM to Faithlegg, the entrance gates will be on the left hand side with the famous "Stag's Head" set on top of the entrance pillars
