Malahide Golf Club is an excellent 27 hole Parkland course, maintained immaculately throughout the year. The Club is situated in the Fingal area of Dublin, close to the sea side villages of Malahide and Portmarnock. Dublin Airport is less than twenty minutes away as is access to the M50.

Historically, Malahide Golf Club is one of the oldest golf clubs in Ireland dating back to 1892. The Club moved to its new location in 1998 when the course was originally designed by Eddie Hackett. The Yellow nine was subsequently remodelled in 2002, with the Blue Nine being redeveloped in 2007 by the renowned Golf Architect, Jeff Howes.

Each of the 27 holes represents its own challenge and should never be underestimated. The beautiful setting can captivate you, but remember the subtle bunkers, numerous water features and occasional dog legs that can easily eat into your score. The many raised greens require an accurate club selection and shot judgement.

On site we also have for practice purposes an excellent putting green, short game area and limited driving range (must provide your own balls). Our resident friendly Golf Professional, John Murray can also offer advice and coaching lessons for the beginner through to the lower handicap player.

Our magnificent Club House overlooks the golf course, with panoramic views across Howth Head and the Dublin Mountains. You can sit back and relive that winning putt over a well earned drink and succulent Steak.

The Clubs motto is a ‘light heart and a cheerful spirit’, which is reflected in the warmth of our welcome which sees many individuals and Societies retuning year after year. However, the proof is in the pudding as they say, so why not book – you will not be disappointed.

From Dublin Airport: At roundabout take first exit R132 (signposted Drogheda). At the Cloghran Roundabout take the second exit into Swords bypass (signposted Belfast). Then take third exit R106 (signposted Malahide). Junction with R107 at traffic signals turn left, arrive at Malahide.
